Its not terrible, necessarily, as youre always choosing your turns first draw out of two cards instead of just taking the first one off the top, but youre paying four mana to do so, then another four for a one-time extra draw

In Japan, this card was limited to one, as when combined with a monster called Droll & Lock Bird, which does not allow your opponent to draw new cards, it would effectively leave them without a hand
